We are a small, 20 acre family farm in Amherst, WI. Our cut flowers are sustainably grown and hand picked, then cool conditioned to ensure long vase life. Our bouquets are created from the more than 40 varieties started from seed on our farm. We use good environmental stewardship, including cover crops, drip irrigation, compost and natural amendments to our soil.
We offer cut flowers locally and by special order late-June through late September.
Lily is our little entrepreneur! She oversees daily operations for our flock of laying hens. Feeding, collecting eggs, cleaning the coop, she does it all! Our gardens are amended with compost and manure from her free-range, well loved, chickens. :) Lily even made her own egg washer, to keep up with the egg production! Once the crops are big enough, they help with the insect control. They turn the compost pile daily and are part of the system, to produce a full cycle and create a sustainable product grown on our farm!
